Terms
Last updated 24 September 2026
These are the terms for using AnswerGap. They are short because the service is simple: we ask AI assistants questions about your category, we count who gets named, and we tell you what to change.
What the service is
AnswerGap asks AI assistants the questions your buyers ask, records which brands each assistant names, and reports how often yours appears compared to your competitors. It also reads your website and reports the technical and editorial reasons an assistant is unlikely to cite it.
A one-off check is free. Paid plans re-run the measurement every week so you can see whether anything is moving.
Plans and payment
- Watch — $49/month. 15 tracked questions on one assistant, re-checked weekly.
- Prove — $199/month. 30 tracked questions across 3 assistants of your choice, re-checked weekly, plus the full prioritised list of fixes.
Both are month-to-month. Payment is handled by Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record — they are the seller on your invoice and the ones who charge your card. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Fourteen days, money back, no conditions and no questions. Email dudi@adgpt.com within 14 days of a charge and we refund it.
What we do not promise
This is the important part, so it is stated plainly. AnswerGap reports measurements and recommendations. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, revenue or visibility outcome. AI assistants change their models, their sources and their answers without notice and without telling anyone; a number that moves up can move down again for reasons that have nothing to do with your site.
The fixes we recommend are ours to suggest and yours to make. What you change on your own website, and what results from it, is your responsibility.
Where a measurement is based on a small number of answers, the report says so and states the margin of error. Treat a number without a stated margin as an indication rather than a fact.
Acceptable use
Scan sites you own or are authorised to work on. Do not use the service to attack, overload or misrepresent anyone else’s business, and do not attempt to break, probe or resell the service itself. We may suspend an account that does.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Reports are addressed by an unguessable link so that you can forward one to a colleague or a client; anyone you give that link to can read that report, so treat it as you would the report itself.
Trademarks
ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Gemini is a trademark of Google. AnswerGap is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them — we ask them questions and record the answers.
